I tried to send someone money both by their phone and email address. I got:
"Sorry, we weren't able to complete your payment at this time. Please try again later.
If you continue to encounter problems, please contact customer service."
The customer service representative did not even know why it didn't go through. It was definitely less than the total maximum you can send in a week which I believe is about $1,000. It was only $30.
