I have a Ukraine PayPal account anf my friend has an Australian one, they are both personal accounts. My friend tried to send me a small amount of AUD, but this message popped up. How do I fix it? If Ukraine accounts can only send money and not receive, how do I bypass this and still receive my payment?

The option to 'receive' paypal payments is sadly not available in your country.
You can only 'send' payments for purchases.

Click on the link below and select the country you want from the drop down list for options available in that country.
