why is ebay and paypal stopping my payments to a seller when I have more than enough money to cover the payment, are they trying to scam people so far my bank card replaced and yet still they won't take it , yet I when onto wish I brought something on there no problem, at this rate ebay and paypal will be going the way of IBM .
