Hi! We are a nonprofit in the middle of an important fundraising campaign and I'm getting messages from donors that PayPal is not letting their donations go through. Anyone had this problem and know how to fix it? I think it's especially folks who are donating by credit card and not signed in to PayPal. Thanks!
You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation OR account specific issues. Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
