hi folks, I recieved a paypal payment of 50 euros yesterday but only 18,55 euros was shown in my available balance.I would like to understand where the other money went. In my bank account, there were some payments pending from paypal but today, they have been paid from my bank account. Thus that should not have been deducted from my paypal balance as well. It would be like a double charge. can anyone please help me understand what is happening?
