payments on hold

evening all,

i currently have two payments on hold for two items i sold on ebay, both items have been collected / delivered and i have had good feedback left on my ebay. the two transaction amounts are still on hold on my paypal account, the amount comes to a sum of over £4,000 so could really do with the money asap.. can anyone help me out here?
