payments not seen

someone claims to have send me some money but doest show in my account now  a week

Then..........

1. they didn't pay ie scam?

2. there was an error in the email address they sent the funds to.

3. you haven't confirmed that email address or verified your paypal account.

4. they sent in a currency you haven't added as a receiving currency or can't accept.
