I recently sold an article on ebay and paypal sent me a email telling me in order to get my funds I was to go to paypal and fill out a one page registration form to claim my money. Never heard of this before and don't know where to go to fill out this info. Paypal won't put me thru to a person to talk to and doesnt return my help message.
