manage pre-approved payment

Hello

 

I have a very big issue in this section. I am going to buy sth in two instalments online by paypal and I registered my paypal account on the merchant website as well. however, the paypal has deactivated my payment apparently and ask for resetting a PIN - which I do not have any idea where is it.

I found an instruction for resetting a pin but it seems that instruction is based on the PayPal business account, I have a personal account.

Appreciate any feedback or recommendation how I can reactivate this.
