how do I set up a pay pal plus so I can view my balance on the summary page?

 I read the help articles about why I am not seeing my balance and that I have to accept and park my balance and I even read the how to article link but  could not find the place I could actually set this up and do it.  Anyone able to send a link for set up?   I can see my balance on the app but not on the summary page
