hello guys badly need a help, just wanna ask a clarification, customer paid me for the first time for a virtual service order and nothing needs to be shipped, order is in process now and about to be done on June 2nd, paid for it already but still ON HOLD on my profile, after clicking the GET the payment sooner options it changed and said that "the funds will be available after a day' but now it is still on hold, asking me to add a tracking info after i hit that, its saying that there's a system difficulties which made me confused more.
then I read that for the first time seller it takes 21 days provided no dispute from the buyer or anything, so am I gonna receive the funds or technically I need to wait 21 days then ???? please let me know your experience 😞 thanks

With payments received for tangible goods paypal would request valid tracking information confirming the funds have been delivered to the buyer. As they can validate the tracking information online, once it is delivered they can release the funds. As you have received the funds for a service no tracking number is applicable and they would be unable to release these funds any sooner than the 21 days.
The buyer may have the option on their account to mark the transaction as delivery/satisfied. If the buyer confirms this by clicking on the "Confirm Receipt" button, the funds may be released to you sooner. This is not always guaranteed.
