plsss help last 2 days i cant recieve money on my acc..before was working just fine..4 people try without succes,they are all from different countries...email confirmed..visa confirmed..any tips

I have confirmed my identity so many times and customer service can't even help.  My money is frozen and just sitting there.

i cant even recieve any on pay pal..was worki fine bwfore few days now...is not and am stuck..cuz i hold pansion for dogs and most people pay me on this way 😞
