Withdraw money from my PayPal account to a MasterCard

Hi,i need to withdraw money from PayPal account to my MasterCard , card or UK bank account. The card is fine for payments with PayPal ,is registered.

Is 3 weeks that I keep trying to transfer the money to my account , pointless the online help , phone calls are closed .

Can I pay a friend in order to get this money ?

i have been having the same problem for weeks now trying to get my money from my pay pal to my bank account. i had to verify my email and account and then go to the website on my phone instead or using the app and was finally able to transfer to my account. i didn’t the 1-3 days so hopefully it shows up in there. goodluck, this stuff it irritating.
