Why is the money that I received on hold?

First it said I'd get it within 3-7 days, then I updated shipping information and it said I'd get it within 1  day. But I need that money right now because  otherwise my buyer might withdraw it (cancel transaction)

How do I get the money immediately?

Thank you for raising this matter to our attention. You may want to check with the buyer how it was sent if its as family and friends or goods and services. If it was sent as goods and services kindly ask them to follow the below steps:

Click Activity at the top of the page.
Find and click the original payment for the item.
Click Confirm receipt.
Click Yes to confirm that you received the order.

***Not all purchases require receipt confirmation.

When you get paid for items sold payment be held temporarily. This means that the money won’t be available to use immediately, but is usually available within 21 days*.

Delaying funds availability is a common industry practice to help keep marketplaces, safe for buyers and sellers.

You may advise your buyer to confirm receipt on their end, here's the steps:

Hi @batiraju 

The buyer cannot cancel the transaction if it was already completed (Sure, it shows pending or on hold on your end but as far as the buyer is concerned it is completed). The previous replies here are correct, but I just wanted to give you the confidence that this will eventually be released. Since you uploaded tracking, the funds should be released after one full day from the date of delivery or after 21 days, whichever is earlier.
