Why is it when I order something online it all goes through PayPal WHY?

Why is it when I order something online it all goes through PayPal WHY? Going through Ebay that is fine. But when I call PayPal phone # for what it is you cannot tell me what it is or anything about the order? 

not long ago I had printer problems and the shipping charge was $7.35 it printed a half of a barcode so I printed it again and it also printed another one so it printed 3 x $7.35 . I have tried to call USPS and waited for over an hour and got no answer. I left an email and got no answer. 

I have been having a problem with logins and when I ask for you to send a code in email it dopes not happen. Why? Gene 

I also had a problem for $12.44 needed a refund called PayPal they cannot help me?

If you bought something online with a debit or credit card and did NOT log into your paypal account then of course it won't show on your paypal account as you bought as a 'guest buyer'.
However your seller may have processed that payment using their Paypal 'card reader' and so Paypal would show on your bank or card statement.


If you need to open a dispute for a 'guest buyer' transaction then you can.......

1. Phone Paypal customer services and see if they will open one for you OR
2. Contact your card issuer for a chargeback.
