I have literally NEVER had so much trouble making a payment in my life. I jumped through all their hoops, ID verification, bank account, etc, etc, etc. I still can't make a purchase, I still can't get a straight answer from customer service only that they "Don't like the merchant" How can they not like Valve/Steam? They're one of the largest game publishers/developers in the world?! Now I'm being told I can try again in 48 hours and MAYBE they'll let me make a purchase, W T H?
1. As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help at the moment (Paypal varies a lot country to country). 2. As you haven't said what funding source you are using hard to advise.
3. You also haven't said what back up funding sources you have linked.
