Where's my money?

My daughter sent me some money but I don't see it anywhere. Can someone help?

I hope it's not too late to answer your question.

 

There are variety of reasons as to why the money is not showing in your PayPal account.

 

1. Unconfirmed email address and/or phone number

2. No confirmed bank account added to your PayPal

3. Money was sent to a misspelled email address

4. Money was sent to an old email address

5. Money was sent to a recycled phone number

 

Please log into your account and check if email and phone number have been both confirmed and check if you have added and confirmed your bank account. Also, check with your daughter as to which email or phone the money was sent to.

 

 

If still need further assistance, kindly contact Customer Service. To get there , click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country. Since, our phone lines are currently close due to coronavirus (covid-19) emergency, you may want to send an email or go to the message center and chat with a live agent.
