Hello, when i try to send money to someone i get this error "We're sorry, we couldn’t confirm it’s you" I don't have a credit card or bank account linked.
I am having the same issues did you resolved it?
It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
