So I was just trying to purchase from a site. But when I had gotten to the checkout it gave me this message “ We’re sorry, we can’t complete your purchase right now. Please return to the merchant and choose another way to pay.” I have purchased from this site using my PayPal balance before and it worked fine, but this time it keeps giving me this message..
