Ok. So I have the funds available (no hold) in my paypal account. I attempted to make a purchase from Walmart for $1200 last night. I wake up today with Walmart saying that the order was cancelled because they could not verify the funding source. I am paypal verified. (also, I have made purchases using paypal on walmart.com before).
I contact Walmart and they 'challenged' the cancellation of order, told me to wait 30 minutes and no longer than 24 hours and the order should go through. I waited 45 minutes. I tried it again. Chose paypal as my payment choice and a "secure" window pops up attempting to log me into my paypal account. Then I get this message"
Sorry, we can’t complete your purchase at this time
Please return to the merchant and choose another way to pay."
I called walmart, they said it was an issue with paypal because its their window that pops up and is not letting me in, so I called Paypal and the guy didn't sound like he new what he was doing and basically said there was nothing he can do other than tell me to use another form of payment to make the purchase on walmart. I am trying to use the money I have in my paypal account do make these purchases for an upcoming trip next week and he basically just said sorry he couldn't help.
There HAS to be a way to get this done. Anyone have this problem and had it solved? I couldn't find a post where the problem was solved. I know this is a long shot as none of you have access to my account to see the details behind it, but figured I'd try anyways.
