Hello i cant withdraw money second day! yesterday i called to paypal support, and they told me wait 24hours. after 24 hours i get same error, again called to paypal support. they told me contact to technical support. please help me.

Firstly this is not technical support its a community 'user to user' advice forum.

Secondly as you haven't even said what country you are in then we can't even guess.

have you withdrawn funds before?

is this a new problem?
Are you withdrawing to a bank account and not debit card?
What error message are you getting?
Have you verified / confirmed your bank account?
Are the funds cleared and not pending?
Are the funds in sterling?
Is the bank account in exactly the same name as your paypal account name?

is the direct debit mandate still ongoing in your online banking direct debits?

yes i have withdraw before. its available balance, without any open cases and holdings. everything is confirmed and with my name.
