I am in the same boat. I sent the money to the dog seller & they say payment never reached them. My bank & paypal account show payment completed. Money gone, no dog. Still waiting on paypal & all i get is the virtual helper
I can’t even get help with a $22 claim from PayPay except with Virtual Helper which is no help at all as it sends the same message every tIme! I’ve decided not to purchase the dog thru PayPal as I’ve lost all confidence in their ability to help customers! It’s very frustrating. I think I am going to just write off this $22 and PayPal & call it a lesson learned. Good luck with getting your money back.
