Earlier this week, I used a credit card to make a donation. A day later, I find a mysterious transaction item titled "Cash Advance Fee" in sum of $10 on the same day I made the PayPal transaction.
I checked the PayPal transaction on my credit card, and it shows that the transaction as a "money transfer."
I have never dealt with account balance or money transfer, so I am unacquainted with what is going on.
To no avail, I am trying to reach PayPal Customer Service to void that "money transfer" status.
I left a message in the "Message Us" box. But man, is this frustrating.
