Please help!

I received money from somebody for the first time through PayPal on Monday.

I opened my email and clicked claim money.

After that, the money has disappeared. It's not shown either on my activity or anywhere at all.

I tried to contact PayPal, but it was useless. I am extremely worried as I don't seem to be able to contact anybody to look into my case.

Please help!!!
