A "Unclaimed" payment that usually indicates that the email or mobile phone number that you sent money to is not confirmed on your friends PayPal account.
Please double-check that you spelled out your friends email address/phone number correctly by checking your PayPal Activity page. If you misspelled their email or phone number you'll need to cancel the transaction and try again. If you did spell their email/phone correctly when sending the payment you will want to contact your friend and advise them to confirm their email/mobile phone number on their PayPal account.
