I have an issue with Payment Withdraw from my account , My account was restricted by Paypal in 2018, Because Paypal is not providing any service in our country , They said the amount in your account is withheld for 180 days, after that you can withdraw/use the amount , But Now its more then two year I am still not able use this . I try contact Paypal Support ,but no response Please help me in this matter.
