Unable to receive money

Hello! Earlier I had a personal account on PayPal on which I was about to receive a payment from international website. The amount was deducted from the source but I haven't received it in my Paypal account. Now I have requested for a business account on Paypal. So how much days will it take to reflect my amount on PayPal?
