Unable to receive money from my Customer in the US

HI Everyone, I need an urgent help please! A customer is trying to send me money from US to Nigeria. He just told the system kept rejecting the payment.    The following is message PayPal system gave him: "the recipient accepts PayPal payments only through their website. To complete this payment, please go to their website and follow their instructions, or email the recipient for instructions." Mind you I don't have any website. And I can't remember leaving any instruction of such. Someone should please help. Thanks.
