Sorry in advance if this question has been asked before. Can anyone please help me tweak settings so the USD to CAD conversion rate using Paypal is more reasonable? Currently, I am having to pay 1.46 on Paypal while the major currency exchange rate is around 1.40.
Please help me do whatever possible to a more reasonable exchange rate.
