Help!!! I have a transaction stuck in Pending status due to it was flag due to some compliance issue they r requesting documents I do not have to access to . Since this occurred I no longer need the transaction to process/complete so I just need PayPal to release the transaction from hold so I can cancel it and have the funds returned back to my account and the limitation status removed from my account. I have tried numerous times (like 5 times) to request this via the resolution center and I get absolutely nowhere ! I need to speak to a live person to resolve but I can’t seem to be able to speak to someone about this issue . Does anyone have a contact number for the compliance team ? The compliance inbox has not been responsive. Help !!

Contact options are......
Paypal phones are mostly non operational since covid but sometimes you get lucky.
If there is one available it will show when you click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available in your country.
Live chat is randomly available.
You can send them a message.
Or have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
