My problem involved alleged 'compliance issues' on behalf of the trader. It appears that there were some new E.U. regulations this January so my guess is that the problem involves that.
It's beyiond annoying when PP debits the amount & then does the compliance review before rejecting it & refunding 😞
I've reverted to using SagePay, etc., for now.
