Spending or withdrawal limits on unverified credit card

Hi,

I just signed up for PayPal because I need to buy something online. I have linked my credit card to the account however, when I check my wallet the site mentions something about "spending or withdrawal limits" then offers to confirm my credit card. It also says it may take 5-7 days for the code to appear.

However, the amount I'm planning to use PayPal for is only for $15 (US). Can I use my PayPal account without verifying the credit card for a transaction of that amount? What is the "limit" for unverified credit cards?

For security reasons, there are initial limits on the amount of money you can send or withdraw from your PayPal account each month. If you need to send only $15, you may complete the verification later. You can find more information here.
