Sold item on ebay which says Payment received but nothing showing in paypal

This is my first time using ebay and i know sometimes it takes time to receive payment but i do not even have any money pending. I don't want to ship my item out as im unsure if i've received payment.

I also have received an email but when i try to click confirm on the link it just takes me to an error page.

I have had 2 eBay items sold today the buyer paid and PayPal does not show the money. This is a problem I had last month. You need to call Paypal and they will open a ticket
