Shopify payment failed

Hi, I've been trying to pay my invoice on Shopify using my linked PayPal business account. Unfortunately I always get the message that the payment has failed (I've tried replacing but the same thing happens). I talked to Shopify customer support and the error seems to be originating from PayPal's end. So, what can I do to resolve this issue?
