Setting up an business account in India to accept INR

Hi, 

I work at a charity organization based in India and we would like to receive donations in INR to our Indian Paypal account. Is this possible? People are saying really different things online so it's quite confusing. If it is possible, is there a page somewhere on Paypal's website that explains this?
