Sent payments aren’t showing in the activity section

I've sent a payment yesterday 04/22/2021 07:36:29 to someone with my Business PayPal account, and I confirmed the receipt, but it appears that the person I sent the money to didn't receive the money, and when I open my account in the site, the payment isn't showing in the activity section, and not just this payment, but like 3 or four other payments are not there, but when I open the PayPal app, they're all there as if nothing's wrong! and I really don't understand what's going on, like I can't even cancel the payment because it's not in the activity section
can you help me?
