Sent a friend money, but balance is still 0

As the title says. I sent a pal of mine 15 dollars early this morning, and despite him getting an email confirming it was there, the money itself is just up and gone, apparently. Tried again with just a dollar and that one worked just fine. If anyone has any ideas on how we can get the 15 dollars back, I'd greatly appreciate it, because we're honestly out of options.

There’s an open incident for this, I tried contacting for estimated repair time but no response. Been going for about 12 hours now https://www.paypal-status.com/incident/production

XD This kills my stress a ton. I was worried it was gone altogether. But, if it's something with the site then I'm fine with waiting it out. Thank you a lot!

same with me some show on the balance some don't I'm still waiting for it to credit my acc has been ages 12 hours

Me too . i received an email saying i received money from my dad but when i check my paypal acct . balance is still 0 how can i contact customer help center bout this ?
