I bought a pay pal card at Walmart. loaded it with 400 bucks sent to Poland for a family medical emergency 8/5/20 I accidentally sent to wrong email address, I caught it fast and got a refund. Now my card will not work and my relatives are without work and cant buy their diabetes medicine. I can't get not one single human person to help me and I have sick family. Can anyone please help me?
