Hi there, at Christmas time Via PayPal using an email address, I sent a small amount of money as a gift to a friend in the Philippines, to receive the money they created a PayPal account, but now she cannot get to the money, her bank “Landbank” say they are ‘unfamiliar’ with PayPal. So my question is: how can she get to the money? Any help appreciated!
