Sending money through reference didn't work!

I recently (a few minutes ago from this post) sent money through the reference / invoice provided, yet I still haven't received the money? I have the paper that proves the money was sent to the right address, wondering why I still haven't gotten it though?

1. Are you talking about adding funds TO your paypal balance from a funding source?

2. Paypal is 'country specific' so advice often depends on what country you are in. As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help at the moment.
