& i say they as in i have spoken to five different agents and the last one tells me that maybe the last 4 agents weren't trained !!!! lol this company is a joke!!! worst customer service experience everrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr.......... when i get my money i may just discontinue service not like i can tell my Landlady sorry you have n to wait 48hours for the rest of your rent.
