Second item purchased wipes out first item from Basket.

I have had this website for over 12 years but it has just started refusing to add a second item to the basket without wiping out the first. It started a few days ago when a customer informed me but I could not replicate the problem on Safari but now I can.
Anyone have any ideas. My web site is www.whiteonesugar.co.uk
