How do I get PayPal to stand up to their written word.
I was supposed to be able to cancel a transaction if done within a certain time but they ran the clock out by transferring the hep chat to a senior person who may never call me back. There are accounts set up there that I have never made. They used a card that I had canceled months ago. these people are crooks.

Hi @esarhaddon ,
Hope everything is well despite of the pandemic that we are all going through right now.
We apologize for any inconvenience that this might have caused you.
If you don't recognize a transaction on your paypal account you can dispute the transaction.
How do I report potential fraud, spoof or unauthorized transactions to PayPal?
I hope i was able to assist you on your concern. Thank you for your patience and keep safe!

No I am not alright and I have just talking to my bank about turning in a fraud alert against you, canceling the card and I have downloaded al the required paperwork to file with the Attorney generals office in my state for Senior citizen fraud. Your CS staff with the exception of one lady I talked to yesterday are a bunch of incompetent excuse makers and all of my conversations are being played out online for the general public to follow. No tow people can state the same rules or procedures and the company I had NOT done business with says they are getting sick and tired of Paypal telling people to call them. FUnny how a company as old and supposedly respected as Paypal only has 300,00+ clients. now I know why. None trusts them. and I hope after the puyblic sees what I have offered them, an insiders view of how yo rip off the public and back pedal. Well lets just say the the state AG's office says clearly shows their fines for ripping off senior citizens at $10,000~$50,000. I hope that your greed was well worth it. The one lady was really nice an we only had to talk for about 10 minutes. Not that this resolved anything but at least she tried to help and didn't take 22 hours to tell me lies. Too bad the rest of your CS people aren't as good. This is the result of NAZZI assed globalism at its finest.

And for the troll that responded to me yesterday. If I wanted to have my comments reviewed for grammar I would have asked my cousin who has 4 doctorates, one in English and is an English professor at a prominent eastern university, but I didn't and HE ain't my momma! and My cousin doesn't dare talk back to me as she knows that I do this 8~14 hours a day 360 days a year and have done this for the last 25 years.
