I tested a Payment to a colleague in the Philippines yesterday and it went through in seconds. Based on that she has booked a flight to Europe and I tried to send £2000 to cover it. This failed with a "Come Back Later" message.
IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT THE PAYMENT GETS THROUGH SO THAT SHE CAN FLY BEFORE THE MANILA AIRPORT IS LOCKED DOWN.
There are no useful answers on here, the support robot doesn't hlp. There are no staff able to take a call.
The Mastercard I used is the one I always use and the recipient account must be ok if it received a small payment yesterday.
I have tried an alternative card and it fails with the same error!

b> How do I check for limits on the account. I am within the limits on my credit card.
