hello
last night I wanted to make a purchase from a web site that only show receiving payment by bitcoins and after texting them they indicated that I can pay by PayPal and that they would send me a payment confirmation via PayPal so this morning I got a email from PayPal indicating that I need to make payment but I was kinda cautious so instead of pressing the button which links me to a web site for payment I decided to go directly from my web browser but when I logged in to my paypal account I saw nothing related or indicating that someone is requesting payment, does this sound fishy or not legit.
