in October, my PayPal balance was $3 only. The Recurring Payments was due, and of course, it only took the $3.
I want to send the rest of it to the seller email. will this be automatically considered as my missing payment? I mean later -after sending it manually- if I add money to my PayPal account it won't be taken?
