Recipient accepts Paypal payments only through their website

I'm stressed , Frustrated about this issue . Three people tried to send payment on my account but they having same issues sending payments on my account . I sent messages to Customer supports they said my account can receive funds / verified and no problem at all. But how come 3 different accounts trying to send payment having the same issues?  This is insane ! I emailed the customer support for 10 times and they had the same answer . My account is verified , can receive payments and no issues. I need your help guys desperately ! Its  been 2 weeks that im facing this issues.
