I also just had this problem, I transfered some money between my sister and I, and while it clearly shows in the transaction history on both accounts, there is no money on the balance. I am also not able to refund it without sufficient balance fund. My paypal all seems up to date. When I go to the resolution center to file a complaint it says there is no case to be made.
I’m very worried the money just glitched and now I’m out over 200 bucks.
Any ideas, hopeful tips, help, etc?
P.s. yes I did try to call paypal, was hung up on twice, and have been sending messages to the online assistant.
