Received Money not appearing in Wallet

Hey,

 

I received a payment in dollars, with my main being in sterling. I selected to receive the money in Dollars and open a new wallet as I have to make subsequent payments in USD. However, despite it saying I have received the money, my wallet remains at 0. I have tried changing my primary currency and removing both currencies, but nothing has helped. does anyone have any suggestions?
