Reactivating a Subscription

Afternoon, I hope someone can offer some assistance with a subscription issue I’m having.

A customer’s subscription lapsed (presumably out of date card details) and subsequently their subscription was suspended. I’ve gone to reactivate it now that the customer has updated their details and it required me to collect the outstanding amount before it could be reactivated. I clicked to continue and collect the outstanding amount and a pop up told me it would take a few minutes to process. It’s been about an hour and there has been no transaction yet. It won’t let me reactivate until this has been done, but it doesn’t seem to process this one-off payment either.

 

Does anyone know why this might be and how to resolve the issue?
